She’s back! Former ‘I Love New York’ star Tiffany Pollard made a comeback to reality TV when appearing on the season premiere of ‘Botched’ to get her ‘significant breast deformity’ fixed. Watch the clip here!

Tiffany “New York” Pollard, 33, was not happy with her results when undergoing the knife for bigger breasts. The reality star headed to E!‘s plastic surgery show Botched during the season two premiere on April 14 to get special treatment from doctors to fix her disastrous boob job!

Poor Tiffany just wanted to look liked the legendary Dolly Parton, who’s image inspired her to undergo two breast surgeries.
Clearly unhappy with how her breasts look saying they were like “elephant skin,” Tiffany headed to get a consultation from expert doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, as seen in the clip.
Terry and Paul tell her straight up that “she’s going to need a lot of surgery” as it’s a “really significant breast deformity. Yikes!

“The more I have to raise you, the greater the amount of tension around the implant,” Terry says. “…and the greater the amount of tension, the greater chance the scar will widen and the greater the risk. This is not an easy case.”
The doctors are also concerned throughout the episode that her blood supply won’t be strong enough for a breast lift and they don’t want her to be under anesthesia for too long.
Alas, after holding off on the breast surgery for a weeks, the surgery went well — and Tiffany was super happy with her result. That’s a huge relief!
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Were you afraid Tiffany’s surgery would turn out to be a disaster? Tell us your thoughts below!
